How to use a Breast Pump with Hands?

1. The pump should be boiled for 3–5 minutes before its first use.
2. Press the bulb, then place the open end on your breast.
3. Release the bulb to create gentle pull.
4. After that, break the suction gently with a finger.
5. Now, pour the collected milk into a clean bottle or milk bag.
