• Prep & Sterilize: Before first use, sterilize the pump by boiling it in water for 3 to 5 minutes. Ensure it is clean and dry before applying.

• Position the Flange: Center the open flange directly over your nipple, ensuring your nipple is comfortably positioned in the center of the narrow neck.

• Create Suction: Squeeze the rounded bulb base of the pump, then press the flange against your breast. Release your grip on the bulb to create a gentle, natural suction.

• Collect or Express: Adjust the position slightly until it feels comfortable. The pump will maintain continuous suction on its own (ideal for catching letdown while nursing on the opposite side) or you can squeeze the bulb intermittently to increase expression.

• Remove & Store: Once finished, break the suction by gently squeezing the bulb or sliding a finger between your breast and the flange. Safely pour the collected milk into a clean storage bottle or breast milk bag using the wide-neck opening.
